Job Description

The HRBP Site Lead will be responsible for covering a plethora of HR activities such as employee relations, performance management, advice related to policies/processes, career development, coaching, talent management, and change management.

The HRBP Site Lead must understand the business beyond the HR function and influence the overall organization as the employee champion and change agent.

The HRBP Site Lead is responsible for supporting all aspects of HR support. This includes, but not limited to, the following:

o Lead a team of HR Business Partners

o Strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support

o Acting as the point of contact for the leaders

o Serving as the point of contact for all people related concerns

o Solve organizational challenges through people related solutions

o Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond human capital and organizational solutions

o Provide expert input across a range of HR related issues

o Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate and pre-empt organizational issues that may transpire in the workplace


  • A Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Well versed with local legal employment conditions, policies, and local statutory regulations
  • Proven success in managing an operational team handling high case volume
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Strong leadership skills to establish, manage, and empower a team of dynamic HRBPs
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
