Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales and marketing specialists
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contracts and which strategies can be used to attract clients
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Create sales pitches and arrange business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's service addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate and prepare sales contracts following company rules and guidelines
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed with the company's CRM or other sales management system
 
Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years proven track record in sales and marketing
  • Must have relevant experience in a BPO setting
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Must be willing to work in Metro Manila or Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
