Provides Executive/Management secretarial support to principal, including management of his diary and travel arrangements
Coordinates the timely completion and circulation of agendas, minutes and proposals for client boards and their members
Ensures that client boards have the information required to make effective decisions i.e. presentations, reports, relevant documents and financial statements.
Maintain all official records of Board activities (minutes of meetings, resolutions, etc), including those of Board committees, as directed by the Board.
Assists during signing of contracts and other documentation in connection with administrative issues.
Liaises with Accounting Department, Legal Department and other professional advisers in relation to various corporate matters.
Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records and other important documents.
Filing and safekeeping of important documents
At least 3 years Executive Assistant/ Admin Support experience
Above average communication skills
With pleasing personality
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Work Location: Alabang
