Job Description:


  • Filing / Data Archiving / Data Entry
  • Provides Executive/Management secretarial support to principal, including management of his diary and travel arrangements
  • Coordinates the timely completion and circulation of agendas, minutes and proposals for client boards and their members
  • Ensures that client boards have the information required to make effective decisions i.e. presentations, reports, relevant documents and financial statements.
  • Maintain all official records of Board activities (minutes of meetings, resolutions, etc), including those of Board committees, as directed by the Board.
  • Assists during signing of contracts and other documentation in connection with administrative issues.
  • Liaises with Accounting Department, Legal Department and other professional advisers in relation to various corporate matters.
  • Sort, review, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Establish, maintain and update files, databases, records and other important documents.
  • Filing and safekeeping of important documents




  • At least 3 years Executive Assistant/ Admin Support experience
  • Above average communication skills
  • With pleasing personality
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
