  • Facilitates Employee Orientation Programs.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and ensures its effectiveness across the organization.
  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Business Unit (BU).
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes, implement changes and resolutions necessary to cover risks.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Responsible in carrying out Company policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Conducts data analysis to improve business acumen and anticipate business needs.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and promote positive changes thru people management.
  • Strengthen internal communication being the employee advocate fostering good relations and healthy work culture.
  • Perform services for ARB Call Facilitates its affiliates and its subsidiaries.
