ARB Call Facilities Inc.. is searching for someone with experience in HRO/RPO phone screener. The qualifying criteria is to match US shifts, participate in processing client's current recruitment technology, and look for opportunities to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-screen applicants thru zoom and other online interview tools
  • Good Customer Service skills and analytical skills
  • Everyday client engagements and working with the US onshore team
  • Review manual processes and see where automation and improvements are possible.
  • Attention to detail, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work both individually and by team
  • As necessary, communicate with and present to both internal and external clients.
  • Accountable for collaborating with various partners
  • Accountable for adhering to internal regulations and processes and paying close attention to details.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least HS Graduate
  • At least 1 - 2years experience in HRO/RPO (preferrably) or 1 year at least Recruitment experience locally
  • Must be willing to report in a graveyard or shifting schedule -
  • Amenable to report in our Alabang Site
