Responsible for in-depth analysis of reports for client /program-specific business needs and the design, development, and delivery of solutions to meet business needs.
Focus on continuous process improvement, execution, and delivery
Accountable for reports analysis, implementation, documentation, testing, and communication on simple to moderately complex projects which include:
Input on assessment and planning activities
Risk assessments and mitigations
User interfaces / processes
Continuous alignment to program/account scope
Experience in Speech Analytics Tools specifically Observe AI
Experience in extracting and creating reports from different call recording platforms such as APN and Livevox.
High Technical proficiency in Excel and other MS office applications
Working knowledge in SQL
