We are looking for Corporate Recruiter to become part of our Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible in filling open positions for the organization. You will conduct the process from the stage of locating potential applicants via various sources, such as social media or resume banks, to interviewing and offering positions to qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end to end recruitment and develop hiring strategies for support and leadership roles.
  • Calibrate with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders to understand hiring profiles and regularly ensures team is aligned.
  • Proactively source candidates using different sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across various stages of assessment that will promote a consistent positive applicant experience
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager or stakeholder relationships.
  • Effectively manage the accuracy of all recruitment related database and system
  • Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates.
  • Perform required background checks and reach out to previous employers to determine the accuracy of applicant information.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
  • With at least 2 years of combined relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Corporate hiring.
  • Knowledge in various hiring profiles and segments for volume recruiting, technical, IT/Technology, retail, finance and accounting etc.
  • Must have solid background in various hiring and assessment methodologies and experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment preferably in a BPO/Shared Services environment. Knowledge in criteria-based interviewing is a definite advantage.
  • Applicants must be amenable to work in our Alabang Site.
