  • At least 2 years of experience handling Sourcing/Recruitment preferably in a BPO Company in a supervisory role
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good work attitude and can work both as a team player and a leader
  • Well-organized with keen attention to detail from maintaining applicant database, applicant tracking and recruitment systems tool
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and manages proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and tactics including networking, internet job boards, database mining, referrals, advert response, professional outreach, agencies and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Determines and implement appropriate recruiting /lead generation techniques for market industry, skill sets, profiles and region
  • Evaluates market conditions and ensures candidate inventory population stays at appropriate levels to accommodate anticipated field demand
  • Generates high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
  • Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives
  • Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates
  • Identify sourcing team members’ opportunities and create coaching strategy and improvement plans
  • Create/update developmental plans for sourcing team members and monitor progress
