Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates effective and efficient engagement initiatives across sites.
  • Creatively provide strategic engagement ideas focusing on corporate objectives.
  • Drives performance of employees through rewards and recognition.
  • Determines employee temperature or pulse within the organization to significantly improve productivity, morale and retention. 
  • Promotes Company brand by developing marketing strategies in terms of engagement.
  • Leads employee engagement committee in organizing and implementing engagement events. Act as the engagement discipline leader on project teams.
  • Coordinates with Clinic team in ensuring the health and safety of employees participating in Company sponsored events on and off site.
  • Ensures to achieve 100% participation rate of employees to every minor and major events.
  • Updates the calendar of activities monthly and annually.
  • Monitors progress of deliverables and closing of urgent items including budget proposal and liquidation in a timely manner.
  • Actively track and communicate challenges and create appropriate action plans.
  • Conducts assessment by gauging the success of engagement initiatives through monthly/quarterly employee surveys. 
  • Perform services for ARB Call Facilitates its affiliates and its subsidiaries.   

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or other behavioral field/courses related.
  • Employee Engagement work experience or equivalent preferably from BPO industry.
  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to details. 
  • Commendable project management, problem-solving skills and analytical.
  • Proactive, creative, innovative and has strong business acumen.
  • Resilient, influential/motivator and has an impressive work ethics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
