  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree of any field.
  • Candidate must have 3-5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience.
  •  With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Highly knowledgeable in strategic sourcing from various sourcing channels.
  •  Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open position simultaneously.
  •  Must have good critical thinking and analytical skills.
  •  Amenable to work overtime.

  • Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost applicant sourcing
  • Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
  • Interacting with professionals in niche platforms
  • Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Conducts initial resume screening to determine applicant fit against required job qualifications
  • Responsible for contacting and communicating with prospective candidates to inform them of their assessment and/or interview schedules
  • Get referrals (internal/external) and basically do the sourcing of candidates and make sure we get the right applicants for each position
  • Make sure that the recruitment process is on time based on targets
  • Maintain an updated database of all applicants and job opportunities
  • Conducts External activities (job fair, academe, headhunting, flyering)
  • Develop sourcing initiatives including the recommendation of innovative ad campaigns and promotions needed to support these plans and partnership with internal and external creative resources to design and produce these tools.
  • Analyze reports to track the effectiveness of each sourcing channel and analyze metric to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Performing other duties when needed.
