Collections Support Agent

Job Brief:

We are looking for a competent Collection Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will give a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Our Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year collections experience (preferably B2C collection).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
  • Good knowledge of the FDCPA and debt collection industry practices (Preferable but not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Must have strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
