Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 year recruitment experience
• Experience in handling Volume agent hiring is a must
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Adaptive, creative and should have good interpersonal skills
• Team player and innovative
 

Duties:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with all recruitment activity
  • Update applicant statuses in recruitment system
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill and time-to-hire
  • Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill business requirements via interviewing as well as overseeing a candidate's behavioral and cultural fit for the role.
  • Manages the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process, from taking the assessments to bringing new employees on board.
  • Also responsible for the first half of on-boarding a candidate specifically with the job offer, background checking and Pre-employment medical exam.
  • Handles volume hiring voice, support roles hiring, leadership hiring and internal job processing.
  • Responsible in representing ARB at job fairs, recruiting events and open houses.
  • Part of the team responsible for company branding and marketing strategies
