Amenable to work overtime if needed
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Computer Literate (Email, Excel, Word, .PPT ;

Job Description:


Physical Security Register  Management - Implementation of Security registers, Maintains and Daily review of registers. Gate pass management

Vendor Management - Agreements : Full life-cycle vendor management including from selection, educating the vendors on organization requirements and expectations, finalization of vendor, renewals, Proper closer of contracts. Periodical review and renewal of vendor status. Ensure statutory compliance of vendor and periodic review of agreed rates.

Knowledge of market specifics on vendor management negotiations,  100% Compliance of Agreements finalization  Management - Live & Renewals of agreements,

Preparing pre & post agreement checklist and Implementation of agreement terms on monthly 

Conducts monthly performance evaluation of vendors

Monitor all escalations to vendors

Assist the Facility Manager to ensure the smooth running of meetings &/or events  

Can handle shuttle routes adjustment based on masterfile , monitor the utilization report day to day

Ensure to implement Global Standard of Cleaning thru coordination of the serivice provider

Ensure to implement Physical Security Process 

Ensure that the food service pantry provider will set the employee satisfaction 

Conducts survey 

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
